Sudhir Swamy

Sudhir Swamy is a strategy consultant, startup mentor, and grassroots sports entrepreneur with over three decades of experience building businesses, guiding founders, and shaping high-impact community programs. His career spans 200+ consulting engagements across India, the US, Europe, and Australia, advising more than 100 organizations on strategy, growth, operations, and transformation. A former Associate Director at Ernst & Young, Sudhir spent 17 years helping global clients scale, redesign operating models, and execute large transformation programs while building a high-performing program management practice from the ground up.

As a startup mentor, Sudhir works closely with early-stage and growth-stage founders to strengthen business models, refine GTM strategies, and enable fundraising. He supports entrepreneurs through leading institutions including IIM Bangalore–NSRCEL, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, the Government of Karnataka’s NAIN program, and Startup India MAARG. His cross-sectoral mentoring—spanning HealthTech, FinTech, Automotive, EdTech, Cybersecurity, and Consumer brands—draws on deep experience in business planning, financial modeling, customer segmentation, product-market fit, and investor readiness.

Complementing his consulting and mentoring work, Sudhir is also the Founder of Hello Tennis, a fast-growing grassroots tennis program built to make quality coaching accessible to children and families. Over six years, he has developed Hello Tennis into a community-centric platform focused on early-age development, structured training pathways, and inclusive sports participation. His background as an AITA-certified coach and his passion for grassroots sport allow him to blend coaching, mentoring, and youth development with the same strategic rigor he brings to business environments.
