Professional Biography
Susanne Ogunleye is the visionary CEO of Jasmine Ultra Blue Solutions (JUBS) and the current
Vice President of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association of Nigeria (MWFAAN).
With an academic foundation in biochemistry, safety, and public health, Susanne brings a
multidimensional approach to problem-solving, driving innovation, healthcare equity, and community
empowerment.
Her career has spanned critical sectors such as clinical medicine, the oil and gas industry, and
high-impact startups. At the helm of JUBS, Susanne pioneered a range of transformative healthcare
initiatives tailored to reach underserved communities across Nigeria. Her flagship innovations
include UltraBlue Medics (event-based emergency services), UltraBlue Center (offering accessible
and quality outpatient care), and UltraBlue Woman (a fitness and wellness hub empowering women
through preventative healthcare).
Beyond her entrepreneurial leadership, Susanne is a formidable voice in the advocacy for women's
empowerment in leadership and enterprise. She is a founding member of Herconomy and served as
Chapter Lead of Future Females Lagos (2022-2024), creating space and support for female
innovators. She has been a sought-after speaker on influential platforms such as Herconomy and
She Code Africa, and served as a judge for Shecluded. She also mentors secondary school girls
through the OWSD Unilag branch, sharing her knowledge and encouraging aspirations in STEM and
leadership.
Susanne's impact has garnered her prestigious recognition: she was nominated for Forbes Africa
Over 30 Under 50 (2025), named one of four winners of the Microscope Impact Award for Youth in

Currently, Susanne serves as a consultant and administrator for the LeadHership Foundation
