Erica Boyd

Native to Michigan City, Indiana, Erica owns and operates Eye Blink Pink Interior Design and Staging and E Marie Project: Life Skill Development Program. Raised by her mother and grandmother, both of whom instilled in Erica creative ways to give back to others, live with purpose, be grateful, and make home beautiful and peaceful.

Despite facing hardships as a single mother and high school dropout, Erica defied the odds and achieved remarkable success. With a 24-plus years of corporate background, Erica has put in the work to achieve a higher education. Her educational journey includes an AS in Business Science from Indiana Wesleyan, a BA in Organizational Management from Calumet of St. Joesph, and an MBA in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan. Erica is also certified in Project Management, Quality Control, Achieving Competitive Excellence, and Leadership Development. Her most recent accomplishment, on February 23rd, 2024, she received a certificate from the Health Foundation of Laporte in Nonprofit Leadership. Erica is a lifelong learner who loves to gain new knowledge and share it with others. Erica trusts and believes her life is God’s plan.

Erica is a passionate wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, auntie, sister, and friend, a woman of faith, and shares a blended family with her husband. Her other passion is interior design. led to 20-plus years of giving homes a fresh look. After careful planning and high demand, Erica decided to dive into the industry full-time. Erica has successfully refreshed and staged homes that clients are still raving about.

Erica explains her other passion: “More than 10 years ago, it was placed on my heart to create a space of elevation. Back then, I did not think I was ready to guide anyone outside of my children. In my past, I battled with negative strongholds and turtled around with improving my mindset. But the desire never left my heart and today the spirit within is strongly encouraging me it is time to guide and pour into those who are ready, willing, and able to endure a life-changing transformation. I get inspired when I get a chance to help girls and women connect with their purpose. The inspiration and my testimony led me to create E Marie Project.”

Erica has triumphed over countless obstacles and she is now devoted to empowering the next generation of strong, resilient, and ambitious young women!
