Anastazia Mtonga
Business Development and Capacity Building Expert with over 15 years of cross-sector experience in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) ecosystem. I have successfully worked with both public and private sector stakeholders to execute programs that drive the growth, competitiveness, and sustainability of SMEs.
My expertise includes ensuring business compliance across sectors facilitating group and individual capacity building through acceleration programs, targeted mentorship and coaching, and fostering quality service delivery standards aligned with sectoral expectations. I have consistently created and facilitated business linkage opportunities, supporting SMEs to access local, regional, and international markets through curated expos, trade fairs, and networking forums.
I possess extensive experience in the end-to-end recruitment, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of entrepreneurs for participation in sector-specific capacity building programs. This includes supporting enterprises to align with national and international business practice standards. My focus is always on ensuring that SMEs are positioned for growth, market access, and long-term sustainable development within the competitive business landscape. And recently earned accreditation for the UNDP supplier development Program which adds to my expertise in supply chain management.
