Industry Consultant, working as an Assistant Professor / Head of Business Incubation Center (BIC), Bahria University Karachi Campus , with more than 18 years of professional experience in startups, entrepreneurship, faculty development training (FDP), ERP design, and andragogical teaching skills.

I have had the honor of serving as an International Judge at the Diamond Challenge through the Horn Entrepreneurship Center, University of Delaware, USA. Over the years, I have conducted more than 200 national and international training workshops and events on innovation, andragogy, entrepreneurship, business models, and startups. I have also attended three national-level and two international trainings, including “Innovation and Incubation on U.S. Campuses: A Sub-Regional Project for Pakistan” under the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State, and “Good Governance Strategies for Organizational Excellence” at Tubitak Tusside, Gebze, Turkey, organized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

I am a certified Master Trainer under the Faculty Professional Development Program (MT-FPDP) by HEC and also serve as an official HEC Resource Person for FDP. In addition, I am a certified British Council Facilitator for the Active Citizen Program (ACP). My community engagement includes serving as an Executive Board Member of the Pakistan U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) Karachi Chapter (2021–2023), Mentor of Entrepreneurship at PUAN Karachi (2023), and honorary Regional Coordinator of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Pakistan.

As a consultant, I have contributed to SME improvement plans with the International Trade Center (ITC), United Nations (UN), European Union (EU), and SMEDA Sindh, Pakistan. I have also served as Manager of the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) for 4 years and Manager of the Leadership Development Center (LDC) for 3.5 years at Bahria University Karachi Campus.

In addition, I have trained more than 5,000 women in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and value creation, with most of this work focused on women’s entrepreneurial development in collaboration with Circle Women Organization.

To date, I have published over 35 research papers and conference presentations in the fields of information technology, entrepreneurship, and business development. I have also worked as an SME consultant for the GRASP Project under ITC, EU, and SMEDA.
