Tarron Chetty

Tarron is an innovative and vibrant leader who is passionate about empowerment, knowledge transfer and skills development. With a Bachelor in Business Administration degree and equipped with various other certificates such as Business Science from GIBS and currently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDIP) with Henley Business School, Tarron has been taking the entrepreneurial world by storm and to the next level.

As an entrepreneur who has also experienced the ups and downs of the entrepreneurship journey, she offers solutions and advice from a place of first-hand experience. Tarron also engages and interacts with each unique organisation from an individualistic perspective especially because she knows and understands that each organisation is on a different path and level at any given time in this exhilarating yet frightening entrepreneurial journey. A master of her class and driven by success she aims to deliver on every goal and target set to the benefit of the partnerships that she forms with each business owner.

Further to her experiences, Tarron has mastered her Enterprise Development skillset and collaborated with various government organisations such as the Gauteng Growth Development Agency (GGDA) where she implemented, coordinated and managed various Black Industrialist Programmes. These Black Industrialist Programmes included over 100 participants from Independent Power Producers (IPP’s) , PPE manufacturers ,automobile parts manufacturing , steel producing manufactures and health and beauty manufacturers over a period of 24 months to ensure that these Black Industrialists and their organisations achieve their organisational goals through well scoped and drafted business plans, ideation and product development , implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Performance measurement and monitoring tools. She also played a critical role as a Business Consultant and Mentor to the Black Industrialists. As mentioned above majority of these Black Industrialists emanated from the manufacturing, electronic and technological spheres which has assisted Tarron to enhance her technical know-how and experience (both practically and theoretically). These Black Industrialist Programmes where approved and endorsed by the Gauteng Premier (Mr. David Makura).

Other partnerships and collaborations included the SA Capital Equipment Exports Council (SACEEC) where the objectives were to ensure that our South African businesses are geared towards becoming export ready in order to leverage the multiple close relations and partnerships with the various neighbouring countries and the applicable government trade agreements and treaties. Tarron performed a Business Process Specialist and a Mentor role to the many mentees on these critical programmes funded by SACEEC for 18 months.
