Tetiana George is the founder and CEO of Curium, an Australian insurtech platform focused on automating compliance and claims for insurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies. With over 18 years of experience across more than 20 countries, she brings deep technical and operational expertise to a traditionally conservative sector now under pressure to modernise.

Tetiana began her career in Switzerland, working with global firms including Marsh McLennan and The Boston Consulting Group. She later held leadership roles in the Australian insurance market, including Head of Claims at Blue Zebra Insurance, where she was part of the executive team that scaled the business from inception to over $120 million in GWP in under two years.

She founded Curium to solve the widespread inefficiencies she encountered in compliance and claims — replacing manual processes, legacy systems, and spreadsheet-based reporting with smart, no-code automation and embedded regulatory logic. In the past 12 months, Curium has tripled its customer base and is already scaling into New Zealand, with UK expansion underway.

Under Tetiana’s leadership, Curium has secured strategic partnership and investment from a global insurer, Lombard, validating the platform’s long-term value and scalability. She is also a frequent speaker at leading insurance and insurtech conferences — including ITC Asia and multiple Australian industry events — where she speaks on regulatory automation, AI in insurance operations, and the future of claims.

Tetiana speaks six languages and holds degrees in economics and intrenational relations. She was recognised as one of the Elite Women in Insurance in 2023 and is widely regarded for her ability to bridge technical execution with strategic clarity. Her long-term vision is to make Curium the default compliance and claims infrastructure for modern insurance businesses globally.
