Mollie Coleman

Mollie Q. Coleman is a visionary event strategist, creative coach, and founder of High Caliber Events, a boutique experiential agency rooted in cultural excellence, collaboration, and purpose. With over 20 years of experience in experiential marketing, art and brand activations, and cultural strategy, Mollie has produced immersive, multi-sensory events for iconic brands like Nike, Coca-Cola, NBA2K, Amazon Prime, SmartWater, Diageo, Complex Media, Amazon, the Obama Foundation, and many more.

Through High Caliber Events, she curates meaningful experiences that authentically bridge brands, culture, and community — while championing equity, innovative design, and representation. Her mission is to support at least 80% of business with underrepresented creative partners and vendors each year while bringing some of the most notable brands and organizations ideas to life. Our goal is to show clients what true excellence and community looks like — with heart, precision, and impact.

Mollie also brings her passion for service to her roles as a Board Member for the DC State Fair and Dia de los Muertos DC (DDLMDC), the DC Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship Week, a mentor with Experiential in Color by Event Marketer, and a Pitch Advisory Committee Member for SXSW. Outside of work, she finds joy in being a mom first, reading, yoga, traveling and trying new food with her life partner, being outdoors, and mentoring rising creative leaders and underrepresented entrepreneurs.
