Tiffany Argonza

The Studio Ligaya was founded by Tiffany Joy Argonza, a first-generation Filipina-American, mom, and wellness advocate, who is dedicated to creating a nurturing space where women, moms, and families can embrace self-care, connection, and growth. Tiffany’s journey began with overcoming personal challenges of cultural displacement and self-doubt as the youngest of 30 cousins, often feeling out of place and even bullied. Her life changed when she met Mama Del, a beloved mother figure who encouraged her to embrace her culture and recognize her unique strengths. In honor of Mama Del’s lasting influence, Tiffany established The Studio Ligaya—“Ligaya” meaning “joy” in Tagalog—as a mom-centric wellness and event space where joy, empowerment, and connection thrive.
The Studio Ligaya operates with five core values. Empowerment is at the heart of Tiffany’s mission, as she provides tools, spaces, and opportunities that help women, particularly moms, feel stronger and more confident. Inclusivity and Belonging shape the studio’s culture, creating a safe space where everyone feels welcome, especially those who may feel marginalized or underrepresented. Joy and Celebration drive everything from fitness classes to community events, encouraging individuals to celebrate themselves and life’s important milestones. With a foundation in Family and Connection, The Studio Ligaya reflects a deep commitment to family values, welcoming children into wellness spaces and creating environments that feel like home. Finally, Growth and Learning are core to Tiffany’s philosophy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and support through resources, classes, and spaces that help her community thrive personally and professionally.
Offering a broad range of services from perinatal fitness and Zumbini® classes to strength training and leadership workshops, The Studio Ligaya is a sanctuary where people of all backgrounds can find strength, celebrate life’s moments, and discover a strong sense of belonging. Through this work, Tiffany strives to build an empowering and inclusive community, transforming lives by supporting health, growth, and the realization of every member’s potential.
