We help people in transition uncover their passion, discover their What's Next? and manifest their preferred futures by teaching them the core principles of entrepreneurship. We empower and train future entrepreneurs and engaged citizens.

Our core value of Inclusive Entrepreneurship has been demonstrated by various initiatives over the years. One such initiative was our Youth Entrepreneurship Program. Through iCAN, we were invited to train visiting young entrepreneurs from all over the world through the U.S. State Department International Visitor Leadership Program or IVLP.

Our core value of empowering engaged citizens has been demonstrated through several initiatives over the years. One significant partnership that lasted nearly a decade, was recognized by the Volunteer of the Year for our work supporting the civilian diplomat programs and International Visitor Leadership Programs at the World Affairs Council.

Our commitment to economic empowerment through entrepreneurship is encapsulated through our motto “Equal Entrepreneurship for All”. And is manifest in our inclusive entrepreneurship initiatives, 50+ programs, women entrepreneurship training , and personal economic empowerment programs. From youth entrepreneurs to encore entrepreneurs, we practice equal participation and embody equal entrepreneurship for all.

We have always had a special interest in empowering women entrepreneurs. That initiative continues today. Our founder is a former U.S. Small Business Administration Women’s Business Center Director. Hand picked for her role for her financial and business acumen, of course, but also for her desire to empower and train women. Her success was demonstrated by numerous grants and awards, many over $500,000 each, for her programs, and a top performing WBC among all others across the nation.
Tiffany Titus (Founder / Director) was also a speaker at the 2025 World Economic Forum in Astana, Kazakhstan where she shared best practices in developing sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystems.
