My name is Titamenji Phiri and am the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Okavango Foods, a leading food production company specializing in frozen and cooked pastries, meat processing, and outside catering services. I have a keen eye for detail and operational efficiency, and I oversee key departments, including Production, Stores and Purchasing, and Customer Care, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
