Tamara has 23 years of sales experience and over 14 years as a startup business consultant. Her expertise is guiding businesses through their growth and expansion journeys, particularly in the technology sector. Tamara’s career includes a 13-year tenure as the Business Development Director in emerging markets at Microsoft. During this time, she focused on developing and consulting tech companies in the LATAM territory, helping them grow and scale their businesses despite limited resources. Her ability to navigate demanding environments and emerging markets proved invaluable as she successfully guided over 50 technology companies to establish or expand their presence. Since joining Business Atelier as a founding partner in October 2019, Tamara has been an integral part of the team, contributing her extensive experience and knowledge to assisting more than 275 companies. Her primary focus has been on helping businesses get established, grow their sales, expand their operations, and optimize their overall performance. guiding her team to develop proven strategies to increase capital and secure alternative funds, including incentives, grants, and investors.
