Tobi Ricketts

Tobi is a strategist focused on business, marketing, social impact and innovation. She is the lead facilitator at 'The Mace Hub' an educational platform committed to equipping entrepreneurs, and small business owners both in the profit and non-profit sector with business knowledge, practical insight and best global practice to build sustainable businesses. Having started her first business at the age of 18, she went on to receive an MBA from the Lagos Business School where she horned her business skills and also led her team to win the annual investors forum business pitch. She's also an alumnus of the IESEG school of management in France, and hold certificate in entrepreneurship from the Boconni university in Italy. Through the Mace Hub she has trained over 150 entrepreneurs in business operations, planning and strategy, she also offers consulting services to start-ups , some of which have achieved the 7figure mark. Tobi is passionate and vested in Africa's socio-economic development, she believes that the path to end poverty, youth unemployment and infrastructure deficit in Africa is through entrepreneurship and innovation. Tobi recently launched her start up 'The Kitchen Space' a venue rental company poised to solve the infrastructure deficit in the food and event industry. When Tobi isn’t involved in her professional and community work, you can catch her serving in her local church or showing off her new dance moves in company of friends. Tobi is committed to life- long learning, always happy, quite an adventurous soul and eager to travel round the world.
