Oluwatosin Adisa is a dynamic Marketing Communications Expert with nearly a decade of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and business growth. Her journey into marketing began as an international copywriter while simultaneously working full-time as a Highway Civil Engineer. Eventually, she transitioned fully into the marketing industry, leaving her engineering career behind.

Her career quickly advanced, beginning as a Brand Strategist at an agency, progressing to Brand Manager, and ultimately achieving the position of Director at a leading Brand Communications Company. Today, Tosin is the Founder and Lead Strategist at Indwelt Studios, a Brand and Marketing Communications Agency dedicated to helping businesses express their brand’s essence and amplify their market presence.

Tosin has an extensive track record working across African markets, serving as the Head of Marketing for an International Compliance and Security Infrastructure Technology company. In this role, she spearheaded marketing initiatives across multiple regions, leading the company’s expansion and eventual merger. Her ability to craft compelling brand narratives and drive strategic growth has positioned her as a sought-after marketing leader.

In addition to her corporate experience, Tosin sits on the boards of a Marketing Communications Firm and a female-focused nonprofit, offering strategic business and growth advisory. Her expertise extends beyond borders, having volunteered in India to empower women by teaching them how to leverage social media for business growth.

Academically, Tosin holds a first degree in Civil Engineering, a postgraduate degree in PR & Advertising, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Big Data Technologies. She has also acquired numerous business and marketing certifications, reinforcing her expertise in data-driven marketing and innovation.
