Tosin Ajibola

Tosin Ajibola is a visionary Leader, Sales Executive, Computer Scientist, Tech & Social Entrepreneur, and the Founder/CEO of Reenato, a company dedicated to eliminating barriers for digital nomads, newcomers, and creatives through technology-driven solutions. With a deep passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact, he is building Various Products within Reenato to redefine how various stakeholders interact with the Rental and Real Estate ecosystem using AI, How students and professionals integrate into new environments ensuring seamless, creative paths.

Previously, Tosin co-founded and led Welkom-U Inc., a pioneering technology company in the New Brunswick area that empowered newcomers by digitalizing the settlement experience. His leadership helped shape Welkom-U into a crucial resource for immigrants across Canada, fostering retention and socio-economic development in smaller communities.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Tosin served as Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Atlantic Growth Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in driving data-driven strategies and business development. Before that, he spent four years as a Project/Product Manager at Appzone Group (now Qore), a leading enterprise fintech Company.

His contributions to innovation and community impact have earned him multiple accolades, including being named 30 Under 30 Innovator in Atlantic Canada, Top 25 Immigrants in Canada, Top Youth Immigrant in Canada, and a G20 YEA Delegate at multiple summits. He is also a recipient of the RBC Community Leadership Award and the Canadian Information Processing Society Award for Leadership in Innovation.

Committed to contributing to the Business and Professional community, Tosin serves on multiple boards, including the TribeNetwork Board, Black Business and Professionals Association, Venn Innovation, and Previously on the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and the Social Enterprise World Forum Advisory Board. He also leads the Atlantic Canada Chapter of Black Boys Code, a non-profit dedicated to empowering young Black boys through computer science and technology.

A mentor at the University of New Brunswick’s MTME Program, Tosin actively supports aspiring entrepreneurs in building and validating their startups.

Born and raised in Nigeria in a family of five and deciding to move to Canada alone, Tosin understands firsthand, the challenges of immigration and transitions. He is passionate about technology-driven problem-solving, Business Intelligence, startups, venture studios, and fostering communities. When he's not building the future, you can find him playing basketball, reading, gaming or wondering how the Mavs traded Luka to the Lakers.
