Through her signature funding readiness program, The FPS Initiative, she combines customized coaching, real-time implementation support, educational materials, and access to business credit software; connecting the dots between financial education, fundability readiness, and lender approval.

In addition to her work with small business owners, Tracy is an author of several books, a sought-after speaker, a podcaster, and the visionary behind a premier online TV media network. As an ordained minister and spiritual leader, Tracy is passionate about helping individuals discover and walk in their God-given purpose. She believes in guiding others to see themselves through God’s eyes and to embrace the life He has planned for them.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Tracy is a devoted wife and mother of two. In her downtime, she loves reading, binge-watching TV shows, and traveling to find incredible food spots—because for her, great food is always worth the trip!
