Currently the Head of Venture Support at Allia Impact, Umesh leads transformative programs that support over 50 early-stage ventures annually. His work spans across Cambridge, Peterborough, and London, where he builds strategic alliances with corporates, philanthropists, and investors to scale entrepreneurial success and social innovation.

Umesh’s career highlights include launching Europe’s first PropTech accelerator with Pi Labs, which attracted over $1M in funding and achieved a 100% investment success rate for its startups. He has also secured over $6M in funding for his own ventures and clients, built innovation ecosystems for global corporates, and delivered high-impact training programs for organisations like P&G and National Grid.

As a seasoned mentor, advisor, and strategist, Umesh has collaborated with more than 40 universities and 25 corporations, impacting thousands of students, startups, and professionals.
