Over 17 years, I have partnered with leaders across North America, Asia-Pacific, the Nordics, and Australia. From professional services and banking to consumer electronics and automotive, my focus has always been helping businesses adapt, grow, and win in shifting landscapes.
A Foundation Built on Innovation and Impact
At Innosight Consulting, co-founded by Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen, I worked closely with C-level executives on business model innovation, culture transformation, and customer-centric growth strategies. My work has been recognized in the Harvard Business Review and helped clients earn accolades such as "Most Innovative Law Firm in Asia Pacific" by the Financial Times.
In parallel, I designed leadership programs on Jobs to Be Done, Disruptive Innovation, and Transformation, training hundreds of future-focused executives. My ventures into FinTech (Grow Gullak) and technology leadership (LTIMindtree) reinforced my belief that real growth comes from continuous adaptation.
