Valentina Rachetti is a Canada-based Latina entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of BuscaEdu, an education technology company built to expand access to global education through transparency, personalization, and technology.

Having personally navigated international education systems, Valentina experienced firsthand how confusing, expensive, and fragmented the process can be, especially for students without insider knowledge or financial flexibility. Hidden fees, generic program recommendations, and lack of trustworthy guidance often turn education into a privilege rather than a pathway. These experiences became the catalyst for founding BuscaEdu.

Valentina launched BuscaEdu with a clear mission: to remove barriers to education and help individuals make informed, life-changing academic decisions aligned with their goals, careers, and realities. The platform enables students to discover, compare, and enroll in international language programs, diplomas, and degrees, while simplifying logistics and restoring trust in an industry long dominated by opacity. In 2025, she announced the development of an AI-powered BuscaEdu platform designed to deliver personalized guidance at scale, making high-quality educational advising accessible beyond borders and income levels.

A strong believer that technology can be a force for global equity, Valentina is a vocal advocate for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in business. She actively encourages founders and teams to embrace AI as a tool to increase efficiency, reduce bias, and unlock access to opportunities that were previously limited to a few. Her technical foundation includes certifications in AI, data science, and business analytics, which she applies directly to product design, decision-making, and scalable growth.

Beyond BuscaEdu, Valentina has founded and operated multiple ventures across education, digital products, marketing, and real estate, giving her a pragmatic, execution-driven perspective valued by investors and early-stage partners. Based in the Greater Halifax Metropolitan Area, she is an active member of the YWCA Halifax entrepreneurship network, Tribe Network and regularly shares her journey as a Latina founder building globally relevant solutions through social media.

Valentina is driven by the belief that education is one of the most powerful tools to solve systemic global challenges, from economic mobility to social integration, and that access to the right education should not depend on geography, background, or privilege.
