I’m Varunreddy Gaddam, a passionate Business Analyst and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in data analytics, process optimization, and digital innovation. With hands-on experience in industries like aviation, finance, and tech, I’ve contributed to organizations such as MHI RJ Aviation Group, UnitedTekGroup, and Bajaj Finserv—leading projects in SAP implementation, data migration, and business intelligence.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology.

Currently, my entire focus is on building Roombees—a global platform that’s still under development, designed to simplify the way people find rooms, roommates, and build community when relocating to new cities or countries. Whether it’s students, professionals, or immigrants starting fresh, Roombees aims to solve real-life pain points and offer more than just listings.

This journey has been deeply personal. I’ve chosen to put everything else aside—career comfort, job opportunities, and personal time—to go all in on Roombees. I’m actively leading the business and operational side of the startup, working day and night alongside my team to bring innovative features to life. Every idea we build is backed by research, real feedback, and our shared passion to make moving and shared living simpler, smarter, and more connected.
