Vivianne Bernardes

A pioneer, investor and serial entrepreneur, Vivianne Bernardes-Cibils is the co-founder and CEO of CiberVentures Corporation, a group of Investment firms in Silicon Valley and other countries created to expand companies in the US and international markets. She is currently working and advising directly six new projects, two of which with high social impact. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Technology and Management.

Vivianne and her husband Cristian proudly held the position of Co-chairs of the University of California Berkeley's Parents Board and served as members of that Board for about four years. (UC Berkeley has been ranked for many years and sources as the No. 1 Public University in the World)

Inventive to the bone she is the creator of innovative Value-Added Services in the telecommunications industry that expanded throughout the globe. Vivianne Bernardes is also the Co-Founder, past CEO and current member of the Board of Cibersons Multinational Holding. During her leadership, Cibersons extended its operations to over 30 countries working with mobile carriers and receiving the ADEC prize for World-Class Efficiency.

Vivianne started her first venture at the age of six and at the age of fifteen she founded VB English Academy. She then co-founded Futurekids Asunción and was recognized by Futurekids International the best franchisee worldwide. She co-founded CCImport and achieved successful impact with Microsoft Latam.

She graduated Suma Cum Laude from the Universidad Catolica de Asuncion with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science in 1990. She has had the highest admissions grade to the University and was President of School Students´ Association, Best Classmate and also Suma Cum Laude at High school.

She also received the Award to the Highest GPA Student of the History of all the six engineering majors at the Universidad Catholica. Her work experience includes prestigious institutions such as the American Embassy in Asuncion, the United Nations, the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles, the Japan International Cooperation Agency and others.

A proud mother of three, Cristian, Gaby, and Angeles. Married to Cristian Cibils, an internationally renowned exponent of Computer Science.
