Waqas bin Azhar is a seasoned professional specializing in startup mentorship, business validation, pitch deck development, storytelling, content writing, consumer insights, financial literacy, curriculum design, training, youth empowerment, and public speaking. He has extensive experience in ecosystem and community development, strategic partnerships, industry-academia liaison, research supervision, and competition judging. Currently, as Startup Engagement Manager at National Incubation Center Hyderabad (2023–Present), he builds mentor networks, facilitates national and international startup competitions, and fosters collaborations between startups, academia, and industry. Previously, he served as Lecturer & Marketing Executive at NUML Hyderabad (2021–2023) and Marketing & Curriculum Coordinator at Eaton Academy (2010–2020), designing programs, training teachers, and guiding student-led initiatives. Waqas holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship from SZABIST Hyderabad and a BBA from Textile Institute of Pakistan. Recognitions include INSEAD Startup Evaluator (2024), Financial Literacy Trainer at Lincoln Corner Hyderabad (2024), and Ecosystem Trainer at University of Sindh, ISRA, and MUET.
