I LOVE building things that solve massive problems. I have lived and breathed the venture ecosystem as an entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and speaker for over 20 years. I love being on the cutting edge of innovation, exploring new ideas, and the challenge & excitement of establishing markets from scratch - whether locally or expanding overseas - while hiring and building the amazing culture and our people to be the best they can be. I have built solutions across key industries from establishing Canada’s first innovative west coast sustainability program to taking new and innovative products & services from zero to several millions of dollars in sales. I have suffered from backpain for over 10+ years, and so have some of the most dearest of family and friends. I have been frustrated with the solutions on the markets co-founded Posture AI, a data management & analytics platform that solves backpain with embedded sensors in posture correcting products. We have been consistently ranked as one of the most promising global technology startups, and on a mission to change the way the world sits, moves, and sleeps. Academically, I am a founding faculty of the "Clinical Leadership & Entrepreneurship" Module at The Norwich Medical School based in the UK, and Executive Partner at Startup Seoul as a Mentor & Advisor. I have lectured and held seminars at Seoul National University, Yonsei University, and Korea University for students and visiting students of the Global MBA Program on "Doing Business in Korea", and “International Business & Negotiation” at Hanguk University of Foreign Studies. I also co-hosted “The First 99 Milestones” entrepreneurs’ bootcamp weekend held at the UBC Downtown Campus.
