Will Ruan

Will Ruan, an accomplished finance professional, has dedicated his career to fostering strategic growth within the financial sector. Beginning his journey at Barclays Investment Bank as an M&A Investment Banking Analyst, Will quickly established himself as an authority in financial analysis and transactions. His expertise in assembling critical sales materials and managing complex buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions was pivotal in facilitating high-profile deals such as Apollo Education NDAQ's acquisition and Onex's purchase of Save-A-Lot. Following Barclays, Will further honed his skills at The Kraft Heinz Company, where he reported directly to the Global CFO and played an instrumental role in FP&A and M&A activities.

Transitioning to Lake Pacific Partners, Will's acumen as a Senior Associate in Private Equity led him to play a significant role in over five acquisitions, emphasizing his capability in deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution. His passion for financial operations was further exemplified through his engagement with multiple start-ups, where he provided invaluable financial guidance and led successful investment rounds. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and FP&A at Enfusion, Will has showcased his prowess in long-range planning, sales finance, and operations finance, also playing a notable role during Enfusion's successful IPO. Academically astute, Will graduated with honors in Economics and Mathematics from Wesleyan University on a full scholarship and is proficient in multiple languages including Portuguese, Spanish, and Mandarin. Outside of his rigorous professional commitments, he indulges in playing guitar, practicing yoga, and is an adept Brazilian Jiu-jitsu purple belt.
