Winston Wilkins, is a former participant in the Start-up Jamaica Programme. He has since joined the Executive Team in the role of Community Manager and supports the ecosystem by putting recruiting Enterpreneurs into the programme and connecting them with investors and corporates and who stand to benefit from these innovators.

He also assists with redefining the strategy in the Caribbean context and shares that information with other players in the ecosystem, thus standardizing the inputs and outputs of other incubator/accelerators and strengthening the deal flow opportunities within the region.
