Ye Yint Hmu is a certified trainer in sales and distribution, Business to Business academic learning and Train the Trainer of personal potential. He has had wide experience in the area of Talent Development professional and customer experience field coach. He had been serving Telecommunication for more than 6 years.
His current role as an affiliate learning facilitator is focusing on SME developing and delivering various core sales professional development programs. During his tenure at OOREDOO MYANMAR he had made the following contributions:
• Delivered and facilitated more than 6000 attendees young national professional field in understanding and applying value of Integrity through Samsung Myanmar, Ooredoo Myanmar; Integrity of Project Circle; a collaboration project LMS, Micro Learning and E-Learning.
• Designed, Developed and delivered customized contact center training program for two new Ooredoo Myanmar contact center.
• Provided consultancy and advisory service to every SME business / functional skill at API (Academic Performance Institute).
He enjoy his role as APT as he is passionate and committed to share and transfer knowledge and skill to become the partner of choice as academic performance adviser for all enterprise in Myanmar.
