certifications in Management Accounting, Project Management, and Certified Security Professional (CSP). These credentials have laid a strong foundation for his multi-faceted career, equipping him with both technical expertise and strategic project management skills.
Entrepreneurial Beginnings
Zeeshan embarked on his professional journey in 2001 by founding eSoft Pvt. Ltd., a software development firm. As CEO, he led his team in delivering innovative IT solutions for the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), a partnership that continued until 2006. During this time, he also pioneered automation and digitization projects for Cantonment Boards in Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar in 2003. His early work laid the groundwork for his role as an innovator in technology & urban development.Pioneering SMART Urban Solutions In 2009, Zeeshan expanded his focus to urban development, partnering with several blue-chip organizations to introduce the "safe city" concept in private residential communities. His forward-thinking initiatives emphasized creating a secure, sustainable, and healthy ecosystem, establishing him as a leader in SMART urban solutions
Consultancy & Sustainable Development
Since 2018, Zeeshan has served as a consultant on various high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and real estate. His work with
communities like Naval Anchorage and Islamabad Golf City, where he integrated eco-friendly and health-conscious projects, earned him notable recognitions. His role as a
consultant also extends to organizations like Interactive Group and Pathfinder Group, where he advised on public sector SMART projects and helped streamline IT-driven
innovation. In 2022, Zeeshan launched Let’s Buy A Land (LBL), focusing on creating eco-friendly, socially responsible, and self-sustaining communities. The flagship projects, Emerald Lounge Islamabad and Komal Hills Resort, embody his vision for luxury
