Z. Emmanuel Gweh III

Z. Emmanuel Gweh III is a Liberian professional, youth leader, and emerging entrepreneur with experience across technical operations, organizational leadership, and social impact initiatives. He was born on November 9, 1998, in Ganta, Nimba County, Liberia.

He currently works as a Multi-Disciplined Technician at APM Terminals Liberia, where he supports port and terminal operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety-driven technical solutions. Emmanuel holds an Associate of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the Liberia Maritime Training Institute (LMTI) and is presently pursuing further studies in Management.

In addition to his professional role, Emmanuel is deeply involved in leadership and governance across multiple organizations. He serves as the Secretary-General of the Dock Workers Union of Liberia (DOWUL Local #2), the Youth Positive Action Initiative, and All-Star Gurus. He also holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer of the Liberia Maternal Health and Rights Initiative, where he contributes to organizational management, policy coordination, and advocacy efforts aimed at improving maternal health outcomes and protecting human rights.

Emmanuel is passionate about entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. He is committed to building strong institutions, supporting inclusive economic growth, and using innovation and collaboration to create opportunities within local and global communities.
