Zorica Krželj

Zorica Krželj is Associate professor at the University of Dubrovnik, Faculty of Economics and Business. She been teaching modules Management of Small Enteprise, Strategic Management in Hotel Industry, Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Skills, Entrepreneurship in Hotel Industry, Sales Management and Food and Beverage Management. As researcher and senior expert she has participated in scientific and professional projects under the framework of Croatian Ministry of Science and Education and EU projects ECONQUAL and OPERA II financed by the European Social Fund. As senior expert she was participated at EU professional project „Start up Nation“ and „Regional Competitiveness Centre“ financed by the European Social Fund. She has been a member of the Organizing Committee of the International Scientific Conference DIEM (Dubrovnik International Economic Meeting). She has participated in the organization of the Third Inter-Departmental Meeting of Departments of Organization and Management held in Dubrovnik and she has been a co-editor of the scientific journal DIEM. She has participated in international scientific conferences both in Croatia and abroad. She has (co-) authored more than 30 scientific and professional papers. She has been acting as reviewer for national and international journals and conferences.
