WOW goal mapping GEW 2015

At St. Catherines this year, we will be changing our whole-school GEW activity. Instead of giving each year group a specific task, every single student will instead map their future goals using the WOW technique.
"WOW" works in a similar way to SMART, except that the goal analysis focuses on positves against the obstacles. It's a quick way of mapping a goal and analysing the viability of the goal.
All of our students will map an entrepreneurial goal and use it to inform their progress in Citizenship and Enterprise.

We're excited!
