Speaker: Jeff Erickson and Dan Roberts

Jeff currently serves as Director of Business Development at Carta, a leading software company that helps companies, investors, and employees manage their equity.  He loves working with entrepreneurs and currently serves on the advisory boards of several startup companies.  Jeff is an experienced entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of a successful consumer goods company that was ranked #138 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies.  Prior to founding his own company, Jeff led the business development efforts of a venture-backed tech startup where he created and managed the company’s channel partner program.  Jeff has a degree in accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah.  After receiving his MBA in Finance from the University of Utah he served as the Vice President of Investments for Sentry Financial Corporation.  He is an avid skier who skied on the Pro Mogul Tour.  He and his wife currently reside near Salt Lake City, Utah with their two children who also love to ski with their dad.

Dan is the Co-founder and President of Savvi Legal. Prior to Savvi, Dan was an attorney at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP where he worked with hundreds of VC firms, accelerators, and startups throughout the country. Dan’s 9+ years of experience as a venture attorney gave him unique insight into the frustration attorneys experience due to a lack of technological integration. This insight is what propelled him to create Savvi, a platform for attorneys and founders to streamline their legal processes.
