Babson College: The Healing Organization
The Healing Organization is a collection of 25 case studies of companies that are reducing suffering and elevating joy for their employees, customers, communities, and other stakeholders while preserving and restoring the very ecosystems in which they operate. These enterprises have experienced strong economic success even as they have placed the flourishing of people at the center of their business philosophy.
Raj will be joined in conversation by one of Boston's most progressive leaders, Chairman and CEO of Eastern Bank, Bob Rivers. At the helm of the country's oldest and largest fully mutual bank, Bob has championed opportunities for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ community to the tune of $11 billion dollars in assets managed.
