About the Presenter: Jay Lyman is a librarian with The Seattle Public Library.  He works with a team of other librarians who are part of the Library to Business program, which guides people as they find the information and skills they need to succeed in business. He helps develop workshops, provides direct market research assistance for entrepreneurs, sets up a table at outreach events to spread the word about this business program, and much more. Jay also offers Beyond Google, a regular workshop that encourages people to conduct market research using library tools.
