Building a Business Plan

You have a business idea – now what? This workshop will introduce participants to the importance of writing a business plan. The various components of a business plan will be reviewed, as well as how to use the plan to attract funding and as a business management tool. Participants will be introduced to the Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Lean Canvas and GrowthWheel.
