This dynamic conversation will bring together business owners who have leveraged both capacity-building education through executive education programs as well as the small business resources offered by FedEx to grow, innovate, and scale their business as they expand nationally and internationally. These businesses previously participated in the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) program, a leadership training program for entrepreneurs sponsored through FedEx’s Global Citizenship Initiative.

This panel discussion will be led by Steve Grossman, CEO of the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, who will be joined by Risa Baron from Jackie’s Jams, Vanessa Faggiolly from Amerisal Foods, Jesse Iniguiez from Back of the Yards Coffee, and Ann Zayed from Patriot Staffing Solutions.
