Topics will include the licensure process, the disciplinary process for licensed professionals, and an overview of the administrative rule-making process. The second half of the presentation will focus on potential sources of liability (such as premises liability, dangerous instrumentalities, vicarious liability, etc.) as well as strategies for mitigating potential exposure to these liabilities (liability waivers, insurance, etc.).
