Moderator: Andy Chan, CEO and Co-Founder of VIT (Vigilant Technologies) (acquired by SWORD Health) -- Andy is the lead on multiple product lines at the world's fastest-growing digital MSK (musculoskeletal) company, SWORD Health, that aims to free 2 billion people from pain. Previously, Andy was the CEO and Co-Founder of IW portfolio company VIT (Vigilant Technologies), a prevention platform to reduce MKS-related injuries at work (acquired by SWORD Health 21), and the current Partner and Co-Founder of Moss Generation which is a founders for founders exclusive networking group that is free for members based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Carissa M. Habsburg, CPA, Tax Director at Sisterson -- Carissa joined Sisterson in 2011 after her graduation from college. Her experience includes tax return preparation and review for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.Carissa works with clients in a variety of industries with an emphasis on start-up and technology companies.She has an extensive amount of experience with QuickBooks™, bringing added value to her clients in beginning stages of growth.

Laurie Kuzneski, Director of Client Development at Kuzneski Insurance Group -- Laurie is an advisor and mentor to startup companies throughout Western Pennsylvania, and can often be heard speaking about entrepreneurship, culture, insurance and HR for startups, and storytelling at Pitt, CMU, and incubators around the region. A long-time Angel Investor, Laurie is a member of The Next Act Fund, The Rising Tide Fund, and The Fem Tech Fund – all of which invest in women-led/founded companies and women’s health care.

Derrick L. Maultsby Jr, Associate Attorney at Frost Brown Todd LLC -- Derrick is a member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups. His practice includes corporate transactional and business advisory services in the tech, privacy, private equity, venture capital, startup/small business, and sports & entertainment industries. Derrick is considered an expert in several substantive areas of the law and most recently has been invited to speak on various topics at the intersection of the law and technology at the University of Dayton School of Law, Minority Innovation Weekend, FounderX Global Summit, and Black Tech Week. In addition to his practice, Derrick is committed to creating a more equitable and inclusive environment within his law firm through serving on the firm's Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee. Derrick also serves on several community boards, including the Duquesne Black Alumni Network Board.
