During these unprecedented times, the Commerce Department and the Office of Business Services wanted to touch base and remind the business community that we are here and we care about your success. This event provides an opportunity for business owners to connect with their Business Services Manager (BSM) and have their business questions answered in an open forum. Business Services Managers work in the neighborhoods and communities of Philadelphia. They simplify the process of opening and operating your business in the city. They also provide services in multiple languages through bilingual staff (and 3rd party interpreters as needed). We have also prepared a mindful minute presentation for participants.

Our special guest speaker for this event is Councilmember, At-Large Isaiah Thomas
