"Debunking the Myths of the Act 20/22/60"

As part of the 2022 Global Entrepreneurship Week, Home Is Puerto Rico has partnered with Crypto Mondays San Juan to present the panel:

“DEBUNKING THE MYTHS OF ACT 20/22/60"

Event will take place Monday, November 14th, 2022, from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel (Canna Restaurant) located in Isla Verde. Spaces are limited so please register at https://mythsofact202260.eventbrite.com.

The panel will revolve around the 2 great myths of the Acts 20/22/60:

  1. Myth #1 - these decrees are not available for locals and
  2. Myth # 2 - decree holders do not pay taxes.

Topics to be discuss during the event are: When were the laws established? What do they cover? Why were they created? How many people have the decree? How many decree holders are locals? Is the information public? What have been the impact after almost 10 years of being established?  What is the profile of Act 22 holders? Are there any Puerto Ricans with act 20/22/60? Are all act 20/22/60 millionaires? Do they pay taxes? What can be improved? They will also be answering questions from the public.
