Global Entrepreneurship Week Denmark 2025 once again brought together founders, scale-ups, investors, corporates, policymakers and ecosystem builders from across Denmark and Europe – this year with a strong focus on scaling ambitions, international growth, access to capital and collaboration across borders.
Some of the highlights included:
- Official opening – Scale-Up Europe
A flagship European conference hosted at Copenhagen City Hall, bringing together leading scale-up founders, ministers, investors, policymakers and ecosystem leaders to discuss how Europe can create stronger conditions for companies ready to scale.
The programme featured keynote talks, fireside chats with successful founders, policy roundtable, startup pitches, matchmaking sessions and curated networking – all focused on one shared goal: strengthening Europe’s scale-up ecosystem.
- Scale-Up Copenhagen
A dedicated follow-up event designed to equip growth-stage founders with practical tools and insights for scaling internationally. Through key notes, workshop and networking, participants gained hands-on knowledge on topics such as go-to-market strategy, fundraising, leadership, and international expansion.
- Workshops and advisory sessions
Across the week, entrepreneurs gained access to expert guidance within areas including investment readiness, financial planning, legal structures, IP strategy and business development – ensuring founders at different stages could move from ideas to action and scaling.
- Local ecosystem events and networking
A wide range of regional events took place across Denmark, connecting local founders with investors, mentors, and role models. These sessions created valuable spaces for peer learning, collaboration and new partnerships at local level.
