"Embracing Change: Lessons Learned After Plans A, B and C Fail"

This virtual interactive workshop will consist of discussion and short case studies of companies whose initial plans and strategies failed but then ultimately adapted to a changing business and technology environment (as well as some companies that didn't).

The workshop will have a light touch as we are slowly leaving the pandemic times and looking forward to a bright future.

Featuring Lin Wells III and J.P. Auffret of George Mason University, Bob Rogers of My Digital WSI, and special international entrepreneurs’ guests, attendees will gain insight into how companies and organizations:

  • Adapt to changing business circumstances.
  • Identify possible opportunities building upon organizational strengths and potential customer needs.
  • Build resiliency and agility into organizations and organizational strategy.
