Endeavor ScaleUp Demo Day

In the Fall 2023 Endeavor ScaleUp cohort, there is a dynamic group of 18 founders leading 10 rapidly growing companies, all of whom are primed to make significant waves in their respective industries. This cohort showcases a rich diversity of talent, with 70% of the founders identifying as Latinx and 12% as women.

The companies were founded, on average, five years ago and operate in verticals such as Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, Mobility, FinTech, and F&B with the largest concentration in the EdTech and Talent space. Although all companies are based in Florida, they have an expansive footprint in multiple countries spanning LatAm and Europe. Collectively, they employ over 288 people and have raised more than $37M in external capital, which has been deployed effectively as almost half of them have tripled their size over the past year.

Additionally, each company was carefully vetted based on its ability to scale. At the same time, the founder(s) was assessed on entrepreneurial grit, the ability to dream big and the desire to pay it forward to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The selected entrepreneurs underwent four months of hands-on, tactical discussions and activities addressing key challenges in scaling up their businesses. Now, as the initiative ends, the founders will participate in a Demo Day, which will give them the chance to pitch their companies.

Once the pitches are done, we will move on to the networking reception with light bites and drinks. Attendees will have the chance to network with top-tier entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders from the Endeavor network and the greater entrepreneurial community.
