Entrepreneurship in Our Neighborhoods

This session is targeted at economic development professionals, community leaders interested in implementing place-based entrepreneurship programs as a catalyst for neighborhood economic revitalization. Operating from the premise that concentrated poverty requires concentrated place based solutions applied from within. Come hear from Paul Marcus of Impact Services and Kwaku Boateng of LA 21 CDC share some of their initiatives ranging from entrepreneurship training, technical assistance, networking, lending, to community organizing and the successes they have seen in their  neighborhoods.
