Expert Connections: Business Communication and Leadership Development

Santa Fe Business Incubator presents our third expert on the docket for Expert Connections, Bob Mason, Managing Partner from The Daedalus Group. Bob uses his years of experience with the U.S. Air Force working with and for great leaders to advise company founders, supervisors and managers on how to be more effective leaders who lead more productive teams. He also has experience with basic business planning, interpersonal relations, preparing for and addressing crisis, and team building. Ask yourself these questions: Does everyone, both in your company and customers and suppliers, know what your company does, and how it does it?
