The ministers responsible for entrepreneurship in Algeria and South Africa signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the two countries in the field of startups and innovation. The MoU was signed by Yacine Oualid, Algeria's Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-Enterprises, and Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, South African Minister of Small Business Development. The announcement comes on the second day of Minister Oualid's visit to the South Africa as part of his participation in GEC+Africa, held in Cape Town.
