Holiday Shop Talk Panel Discussion

Holiday Shop Talk is a panel discussion with business owners, local customers, the Chamber of Commerce executive director, a couple of moderators, and the public (via Facebook Live). Business owners told us in a recent survey that they wanted help drawing attention to the importance of "shopping local" and with the holiday season coming up during a global pandemic, what better time?! We will have customers talk about what they're looking for in their shopping experience this holiday season and business owners will discuss how they're improving the customer experience, how they're keeping their stores safe, and tips to other businesses on how to reach more customers while staying safe. Attendees will have the option to discuss with the group and ask questions via the social media moderator and panelists will be addressed through the panelist moderator. This informal panel discussion will highlight what people value this year and how small business owners can make it happen.
