In this session, Ashley Facio, SHRM-SCP will discuss ways to ensure that the direction of your business is supported by internal systems to maximize your business growth opportunity. Ashley has worked in both human resources and in operations to support new lines of business. Her experience as a former collegiate athlete combined with her professional experience in the workforce has provided her with insight on how to cultivate a team-dynamic business who values their employees while still remaining competitive in the market.
