Intellectual Property Basics: Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks, and Trade Secrets

Get a basic overview of intellectual property rights: copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secret. What do each protect, what do they mean, what are the basics of securing each type and what are some considerations in pursuing each type. This is an essential overview if you think you have intellectual property (you do) and you would like to have an idea of how to protect it.
