The Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship at Princess Sumaya University for Technology announced the conclusion of the Jordanian Universities Students Competition as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, with strong participation from both public and private universities.
Internal competitions were held across 23 universities, offering training on the Business Model Canvas, effective pitching, and mentoring to develop ideas into viable projects. A total of 329 submissions were received, with 43 teams advancing to the final stage following rigorous evaluation.
During the final event, shortlisted teams presented their projects before a panel of experts, investors, and successful entrepreneurs. The projects addressed diverse challenges across the health, education, technology, and environmental sectors.
The top three winners were:
• 1st: MargiClear – Jordan University of Science and Technology
• 2nd: heaLXR – Princess Sumaya University for Technology
• 3rd: Naba – Al-Hussein Technical University
Organizers emphasized that the competition serves as an important national platform to showcase young entrepreneurial talent and connect them with investors and accelerators, contributing to innovation and economic growth in Jordan
