The SHERO Conference concluded with remarkable momentum, celebrating Jordanian women’s achievements and strengthening their role in leadership and entrepreneurship across the Kingdom. Organized by the Dart Entrepreneurship Community Club, the student arm supporting Dart Club, and proudly sponsored by Orange as the official partner, the conference brought together an inspiring lineup of female leaders and a vibrant audience from various governorates.
The event was attended by high-profile figures, including former minister of culture Dr. Lana Mamkegh, the Director General of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration, the General Manager of Al-Hekma Pharmaceuticals, and Prof. Osama Badarneh, Vice President of the University. Their presence underscored the national importance of advancing women’s contributions to Jordan’s entrepreneurship landscape.
Throughout the conference, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, success stories, and interactive sessions designed to equip women with practical knowledge and leadership skills. SHERO emphasized four core messages: empowering women through knowledge and skills, strengthening women’s presence in leadership and entrepreneurship, providing a platform for inspiring female voices, and raising awareness of opportunities and challenges in Jordan’s business environment.
With hundreds of attendees, including representatives from entrepreneurial organizations, universities, and supporting companies, the conference succeeded in fostering meaningful connections and sparking new collaborations.
It also aimed at establishing a strong network among emerging and established women entrepreneurs, supporting women-led ideas and projects, and encouraging a culture of innovation and resilience among young women.
The SHERO Conference reaffirms Jordan’s commitment to nurturing women changemakers and building a thriving, inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem for future generations.
